Advantage Credit Counseling Service (ACCS)
ACCS (formerly Consumer Credit Counseling Service) provides free public seminars on credit counseling as well as private, confidential budget and debt counseling. They also have a Debt Management Program to help consumers repay creditors.

Debt-Free Living Workshop
The Community College of Allegheny County (CCAC) offers a workshop entitled Debt-Free Living through the non-credit Community Education department.
This is a brief, 1-day, 3-hour workshop that will teach you specific mathematical techniques to pay down your debt at a more rapid pace regardless of your income.
Search the CCAC Community education website to see when and where the Debt-Free Living workshop is available (this workshop would be listed under "Financial Management & Budgets).
