HUD Public Housing Program

The purpose of the HUD Public Housing Program is to provide quality rental housing to low-income families at a cost that they can afford.

In order to qualify, you must need aid in obtaining decent, safe, and/or sanitary rental housing and fall within the low to very low income bracket.

Mon Valley Providers Council (MVPC) Housing Resource Guide
