Family Support Centers
The family support centers located throughout Allegheny County are designed to complement already community services and resources, as well as to reach at-risk families with preventive measures before serious problems develop in their lives.
The services offered vary from center to center, according to the needs of center participants. Some services that these centers may provide include life skills, parenting help, support groups, counseling, parent-child groups, and home visitation.
