Bianca (they/she) is a Research Specialist for the CREATE study. They are interested in the intersections between race, class, gender, and sexuality and how they shape individual and group experiences in the US’ past and present. They are passionate about social justice, engaged scholarship, and promoting equity for marginalized communities. Bianca also works as a Community Research Assistant at the Politics and Equal Participation Lab (PEPL) at Swarthmore College’s Lang Center for Civic and Social Responsibility.
