Despite increasing interest in the role of fathers on child development and outcomes, much of the literature on parenting has focused on mothers. As part of the study, 29 fathers from the PALS Study and 30 of their children ages 3-7 participated in interviews and an observed play interaction in the lab. This study was aimed at improving our understanding of parenting and interactions in families where a parent was diagnosed with ADHD in childhood, and understanding better how ADHD runs in families.

The POPS-2 Study was conducted between 2015 and 2016, and is no longer recruiting new participants.
